Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Consultant to join our team at Respect Group Limited.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all respite and permanent leads from prospective residents and their families.
* They will oversee all leads in our CRM database to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up, utilizing their strong organizational skills.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key organizations that can refer prospective residents to our aged care homes is a key aspect of this role.
* Assisting in meeting and exceeding occupancy and sales targets, including RAD sales, will be a major priority.
* The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing initiatives to generate new sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing sales plans and adhering to the customer sales method to deliver an exceptional client experience will be a crucial responsibility.
* Traveling to various client locations for sales meetings and presentations will require flexibility and strong communication skills.
* Achieving financial targets related to occupancy, RAD, additional services, and ACFI will necessitate strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach.
* Maintaining competitive profiles for facilities and efficiently managing inbound leads will demand a high level of attention to detail.
* Ensuring all prospects receive timely and professional communication, along with providing accurate information packages, is essential.
* Recording and tracking all leads in the CRM database, guaranteeing all information is current and clear, will be a vital part of this role.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Essential:
o Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the aged care industry.
o Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to empathize with prospective residents and their families.
o A current driver's license and National Police Certificate (or the ability to obtain one) are necessary.
Performance Outcomes:
* Compliance with sales plan initiatives and admissions process will be closely monitored.
* Achievement of financial targets, including occupancy rates, RAD targets, and contracts written, will be evaluated regularly.
* Improvement in channel leads and CRM database management will be tracked and addressed as needed.
