Be the digital storyteller behind every remarkable stay. As Social Media & Content Manager for Laundy Hotels, you’ll take the lead on our social channels, crafting scroll-stopping content, overseeing creators, and driving meaningful engagement across our portfolio of iconic venues. With creativity, strategy, and hands-on execution, you’ll elevate our digital presence and shape how guests experience our brand online.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Own and implement channel plans across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn for Laundy Hotels and key venues.
- Content Planning: Build and manage always-on content calendars, content pillars, and campaign moments.
- Creative Execution: Write compelling copy that upholds brand voice and community guidelines; capture and edit content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools when needed.
- Team & Partner Management: Brief, coordinate, and QA internal creators, venue teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and venue teams to align social with campaigns, priorities, and guest experiences.
- Performance & Insights: Track, analyse, and report on performance; translate insights into clear recommendations, optimisations, and tests.
- Brand Governance: Maintain brand guidelines, asset libraries, approvals, and escalation processes to ensure consistency.
- On-the-Ground Support: Capture and support content at key events and activations when required.
About You
You’re a natural storyteller with a passion for creating memorable brand moments. You’re audience-obsessed, data-curious, and know how to grow channels, shape culture, and turn a great idea into measurable results. You bring energy, creativity, and a proactive mindset to every project, inspiring both your team and our audiences.
You’ll Also Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in social media and content management, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or retail.
- Strong video editing and design skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Adobe Suite).
- A proven ability to build and manage social calendars and content pillars.
- Experience briefing and managing content creators, photographers, and videographers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for tone and detail.
- Confidence in interpreting analytics and using insights to optimise performance.
- A cooperative, flexible approach with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
