This NSW Government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and provide services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 6 month contract paying up to $434 p/d + Super located in Parramatta with flexible work arrangements.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Level 3 Helpdesk with a leading NSW Government agency who will be responsible for the administration, management and continuous development of Language Services IT projects.
**_Key accountabilities include:_**
- Analyse data collected from various systems and prepare timely reports as requested by Director Language Services.
- Resolve any software/hardware related issues with internal and external providers.
- Maintain an overview of the functionality and effectiveness of the systems to identify areas for enhancement and/or remediation.

**About You**
- Delivery and customer focused.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Tertiary qualifications in IT
- 3+ years' experience in a Helpdesk position
