Safety Administrator | Contract | MelbourneAbout the RoleOur client are looking for a HSE Administrator to join their cooperate team for a minimum 2 month contract.
Office is based in Melbourne.
Monday - Friday 8 hour days.
Please note this is NOT a FIFO/DIDO role and you MUST have experience within Safety Administration and hold a qualification in WHS.ResponsibilitiesDocument control management ensure documents are correctly formatted, within expiry dates, and communicated to relevant stakeholdersManaging company policiesEnsure policies are updated, approved, and communicated as outlinedDevelop and control the Corporate Services department planning and scheduling for all activitiesPopulate and manage the asset management registerPrepare, generate, and communicate mandatory reportsMonthly HSEQ Board reportMaintain the hazardous chemicals register, hazard register, and incident management databaseManage the training management databaseEnsure all actions are updated and closed out by target datesArrange required meetings and take minutes as neededTo Be Successful you MUST have;Proven experience in an HSE administrative roleCertificate IV in WHS or higher1+ years in an Admin support role or similarExcellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Advanced XLSProficiency in Microsoft Office including Sharepoint and familiarity with HSE management software.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.A proactive and positive attitude towards continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience to ****** look forward to reviewing your application and potentially welcoming you to a dedicated team.Safety Administrator | Contract | Melbourne | ACR World
