Your Role
Job Description:
Airbus Military UK Part-145 is an approved line maintenance organization supporting the RAF A400M fleet of 22 aircraft. The elite team of 250+ personnel located worldwide provides aircraft recovery, scheduled maintenance, component maintenance, and support areas. The main operating base is situated in a £70m state-of-the-art hangar facility at RAF Brize Norton. Working together with the military in a high-profile environment, they task and prepare aircraft to carry out governmental missions in various environments.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with Experts:
* Work shoulder-to-shoulder with licensed maintenance engineers and gain insights from experts in the aviation maintenance industry
Hands-on experience:
* Dive into the heart of projects with practical, hands-on tasks that impact real aircraft management situations.
Innovate and Create:
* Contribute to designing, testing, and optimizing aircraft processes using the latest technologies and methods.
About You
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Undergraduate students
* Must have a full UK driving license and their own car
* Ideally, you will currently be studying for an Engineering-related degree
* The ability to listen, understand, and communicate information effectively and efficiently
* IT competence for managing data, communication through email and documentation
* Desire to work in an open and trusting environment, both independently as well as within a larger team
* Pro-active attitude and positive engagement towards learning in a technical environment with a strong interest in developing yourself
* Interest in finding, developing, and implementing creative solutions to complex problems
* Professional attitude that will be reflected towards external suppliers and internal stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this role is £21,900. In addition to this, you’ll receive:
