* A minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services is required.
* Knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) is essential.
* The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within an early childhood service, ideally with a focus on delivering high-quality educational programs.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital for building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
* A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification are mandatory.
