The OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills to help deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive increased revenue through smarter, data-driven segmentation and engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing automated customer journeys and campaign programs across consumer-facing communications and retention initiatives, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience throughout the customer lifecycle.Organisational StructureYou'll report to our Marketing Manager in a permanent full-time position, 100% onsite.
This role will be working from our Byron Bay HeadQuarters, working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!
For Gold Coast based candidates, there is flexibility to work 1-2 days per week from our Varsity Lakes Office, with the remaining days spent in our Byron Bay HQ.A Day in the LifeOwn and manage customer lifecycle journeys and email marketing automation programsLeverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver highly personalised, data-driven campaigns focused on loyalty, growth, and retentionCreate marketing automation programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder and work with IT, operations, design and content teams to create and improve journeys across both marketing focused and transaction email programsDeliver and manage direct marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneSignal to the TripADeal subscriber database (email, sms, push etc), and monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance with structured A/B testing on a regular basis to improve BAU performanceCreate test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are metImplement subscriber segmentation enhancement and improvements, auditing and ensuring health of subscriber databaseProvide recommendations on improvement of data capture and system integrations to improve customer communicationsMeet KPIs and developing strategies to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing initiativesDemonstrate excellent attention to detail and solid project and time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficientlyTo be a Front Running CandidateHigh level of expertise and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute and manage campaigns effectively.Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a relevant disciplineExperience launching eDMs to a predefined subscriber list as well as new customer segmentationExperience with lifecycle review and implementation and/or implementing integrated solutions including other Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions and integration servicesBusiness and process analysis skillsSQL, HTML and CSS experienceThe successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background checkWhy TripADeal?
