Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to assist in the provision of administrative support for our Advanced Training and Test Environment (ATTE) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
* Organize and review project documentation within data management systems.
* Maintain activities and artefacts, such as risk and opportunity workshops, review boards, and reporting.
* Prepare and manage project reports, including status updates and estimates at completion.
Requirements:
* 2 years experience in a similar coordination/administration role within a project-driven environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn alternate software packages.
* High level interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a Defence related industry.
