You will manage inpatient care, build strong clinical relationships and contribute to quality care across a multidisciplinary team. • Manage day to day patient care under senior clinician guidance • Assess, plan and review patient progress • Liaise with consultants, registrars and allied health teams • Support safe, high quality care across the unit • Supervise interns and medical students as directed • Contribute to education and quality improvement activities About You You’re a capable and compassionate doctor ready to support patients through rehabilitation and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. • MBBS or equivalent, eligible for Medical Board registration • Completed Internship with solid clinical foundation • Communicate clearly with patients, families and teams • Show sound judgement, problem solve and adapt to change • Deliver safe care under pressure with empathy and respect Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
