The Opportunity: We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Albany Creek, QLD practice available for a Clinical Coordinator seeking permanent full-time work: Modern dental practice with 5 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments Convenient location with parking on site, a bus stop within walking distance and surrounded by shops and café's Friendly, fun and dedicated team Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients Lead a team of incredible Dental Assistants, assisting the Practice Manager Prepare patients facilities for dental treatment Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists Treatment coordination Provide instrument sterilisation Maintain infection control standards and procedures You'll be: Ideally 2+ years' experience as a Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
