Job Description
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.
* Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate solution implementation.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to align requirements with business goals.
* Create detailed documentation, including user stories and technical specifications.
* Provide ongoing support to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Conduct testing and validation of new systems or updates.
* Assist in the adoption and training of new technologies within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Technical Business Analyst Should Have
* Proven experience working with APIs, including defining specs and contracts.
* Strong hands-on capability with tools like Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman.
* Ability to convert business needs into clear technical/API requirements.
* Skilled in analysing systems, services, and data flows.
* Experience gathering engineering requirements and writing user stories & acceptance criteria.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including backlog refinement and prioritisation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
