Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of iconic projects, Fairbrother is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Launceston team in a full-time, permanent role. This is a key leadership position, responsible for guiding on-site teams to deliver project outcomes, meet build milestones, and uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and excellence.

The Role
As a Site Manager, you'll be the driving force on the ground, responsible for the overall performance and delivery of our projects. Your ability to lead and inspire a team culture built on positivity, continuous improvement, clear communication, collaboration, and mutual respect will be key to your success.

* Champion high standards of WHS compliance across all site activities
* Oversee daily site operations in line with project programs and budgets
* Effectively manage workforce planning, productivity, and labour scheduling
* Procure equipment and materials with precision, ensuring cost and quantity control within budget
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
* Liaise closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to expectation
What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in commercial construction management.
* A strong understanding of best-practice construction and safety methodologies.
* Exposure to a variety of project types and industry sectors.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels.
* Well-developed planning, organisational, and time management capabilities.
* Sound cost control techniques and commercial awareness.
* A clear understanding of WHS requirements and effective conflict resolution skills.
