**About the Position**
Training Coordinators are responsible for engaging and coordinating the delivery of all training required by the Surge and Temporary Election Workforce (TEW) during an electoral event in their nominated state or territory.
**Position Duties**:
Coordinate and manage the scheduling and rostering of election workforce training sessions, including booking venues, communicating session availability, booking event staff into sessions and providing assistance to event staff to book into sessions.
Develop and support internal and external relationships
Manage all elements of training administration including managing timesheets and approvals for ToPS facilitators, staff allowances, travel, and resolving training or staffing issues.
Develop, maintain and communicate reporting providing visibility and monitor progress of training session scheduling, enrolment, attendance and staffing.
Monitor and provide assurance regarding training completion for event staff.
Experience in project management, with experience in or an aptitude for coordinating training or similar activities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently under limited guidance to set priorities and ensure timely and quality outputs, in a highly operational and legislated setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Proven ability to provide accurate advice, in line with relevant policies and legislation.
Ability to anticipate challenges and, with support, contribute to implementing effective issues management and resolution.
Demonstrated personal integrity whilst achieving results within legislative and policy parameters.
Relevant experience or qualifications in human resources, education, learning and development or a similar field.
