Improve Surgical Waste Management
We are seeking a Territory Manager to cover hospitals and healthcare facilities across Coffs Harbour, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Hunter and Central Coast.
Job Description:
Develop a strategic territory sales plan for Stryker's Surgical Technologies portfolio, including Neptune 3, Neptune S, and the SafeAir Smoke Evacuation Pencil.
The role focuses on simplifying surgical waste management, evacuating smoke, and creating safer, cleaner operating rooms for patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
* Build strong relationships with nurses, theatre managers, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital C-Suite.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
* Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs.
* Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support.
Requirements:
A successful candidate will have:
* Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years).
* Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
* Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Newcastle and surrounding regions.
Preferred Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Health, Business, Nursing, Engineering, or related field would be advantageous.
