The Role
Based in Hobart, you'll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:
* Neurological conditions
* Psychosocial disability
This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
You'll:
* Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
* Build long-term relationships and see real progress
* Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Our Graduate Program
We believe graduates thrive with visible, structured and consistent support. You'll receive:
* A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
* 1:1 discipline-specific supervision
* 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling
* 4 paid study leave days per year
* Laptop, phone and fully resourced therapy kits
Flexibility & Rewards

What You'll Need
* Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
* Passion for supporting people with disability
* Driver's licence and own vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
