Assistant Front of House Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the venue manager and our business operations.
You will be joining a hard-working, professional, and friendly team who provide an excellent level of service to our guests. This is a hands on operational position and you will be working in the team while supporting the manager and covering their days off.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
· Experience of delivering excellence in front of house service
· A minimum of 1- 2 years of front of house management/supervisory experience
· Consistent work ethic, cleanliness, impeccable organisation, quality and pride in your work executed with a positive and proactive attitude.
· A cooperative and collaborative team player who can both execute the day to day procedures and support new team members.
· Ability to think on your feet and respond positively in challenging situations
· Demonstrable operational knowledge of WHS, rosters and people skills
· Excellent communicator with good negotiation skills ensuring positive outcomes for guests and the business
· Available to work peak trading periods on weekends and public holidays
· Current RSA certification required
