Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Team Manager to join our Operations and Customer Service department within our Global Forwarding function based in Perth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise a small team of operations and customer service executives.
2. Provide first-point support for valuable clients or experienced team members.
3. Work closely with customers to meet their supply chain needs.
4. Find solutions to complex challenges.
5. Keep customers informed throughout the process.
6. Develop strong internal and external relationships.
7. Assist with monthly and quarterly business reviews.
8. Support the implementation of new customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Global Freight Forwarding experience across air/sea freight forwarding, documentation, domestic, and interstate transport, customs, quarantine.
* Cargowise and Excel experience (desirable).
* Strong job costing skills and understanding of business finance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Commercial acumen to cross-sell and increase existing share of wallet for customers.
