About the Role
In this senior clinical position, you will:
* Provide clinical leadership to Behaviour Support Practitioners, Mental Health Clinicians and Provisionally Registered Psychologists
* Deliver supervision as a Board Approved Psychology Supervisor
* Lead the development of internal tools, training and resources to strengthen service delivery
* Champion evidence-based practice and quality outcomes for people with complex needs
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence practice and strategy
What You'll Bring
* Board Approved Supervisor in good standing
* Experience in mental health, disability or complex behaviour support
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (NDIS, Disability Services Acts)
* A collaborative mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills
* Desirable: Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology
Requirements
* Completion of your Bachelor's in psychology and registration with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia
* APAC-accredited 4-year Psychology qualification/AHPRA Registration (General)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid) – or willingness to obtain
* Current Working with Children Check (paid) – or willingness to obtain
* Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.

We are building a dynamic hub of excellence in ABA, with BCBA, Clinical Psychology supervisors and senior clinicians on staff to support and mentor you.
