This hands‐on People & Culture coordinator role, you will be the first point of contact for all P&C related queries. You will work across the whole business on all aspects of P&C including learning and development, attraction and selection, performance management, reward and recognition, policies and procedures, and employer legislative compliance to ensure ultimate employee engagement and employer‐of‐choice status.
Your Focus:
* Managing recruitment and onboarding processes, including all pre‐employment checks through to issuing contracts of employment
* Providing advice to employees within policies and procedures
* Maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information systems
* Coordinating learning and development initiatives
* Assisting with delivering strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
You Have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience within an P&C position, ideally within a professional service environment
* Completed a related degree or further study
* Excellent understanding of HR best practice and legislation
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
* The ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset
