Job Title: Strategic Finance Professional
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Professional to play a key role in delivering Corporate Services functions across our organisation.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring that the Finance function supports organisational objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing monthly financial close processes
* Ensuring accurate and timely accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, BAS, and cash receipting
* Supporting payroll functions, managing operational data, and leading a small team of account roles
* Participating in recruitment, induction, and performance management
Leadership and Team Management:
* Providing leadership and mentoring across the Corporate Services team
* Ensuring all Finance systems are effective and efficient
* Responsible for finance-related data and reporting in other organisation systems
