Job Description
We seek professionals in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Nursing interested in occupational rehabilitation in Central Coast NSW. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and support from a dedicated healthcare team, focusing on clients with physical and psychological conditions to achieve health and employment outcomes.
Your duties include:
* Managing caseloads with support staff to reduce administrative load
* Applying clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes
* Developing injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
* Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals
* Working across schemes like workers compensation, third-party, insurance, and government programs
* Conducting assessments such as initial, workplace, and vocational reviews to support diagnosis, treatment, and employment planning

Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership with ASORC
* Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation preferred
* Excellent communication, empathy, and time management skills
* Current NSW Driver’s License and own vehicle with insurance
