We're looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills to join us as a Sales Representative. This role offers genuine variety, while your main focus will be driving sales and building lasting customer relationships, while also enjoying the variety of stepping in and supporting deliveries as required. Please note that Relief driving will only occur occasionally to cover for other drivers during leave periods.

As the face of Nippy's, your main responsibility will be:
* Engage with customers, promoting and upselling our fresh citrus, juices, and flavoured milk products.
* Identify new business opportunities.
* Manage client accounts.
* Resolve queries and provide exceptional service.
* Provide relief delivery driving support during team absences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Promote and upsell Nippy's products to existing and new clients
* Identify new business opportunities and manage client accounts
* Communicate promotions and new product information
* Provide face-to-face customer service
* Organise, pick and pack orders for dispatch on a relief basis
* Step in as a relief delivery driver, when required
What We're Looking For
* Current MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence (for relief driving)
* Well-presented, polite and enthusiastic approach
* Experience in cash handling and handheld device operation
* Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role
* Clear driver's record and police clearance (required upon employment)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Demonstrated experience in sales and/or delivery driving
