What You'll Do You will provide hands-on clinical pharmacy services, support patient care and work closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Dispense and distribute medications efficiently and accurately.
Conduct therapeutic drug monitoring, assess medication outcomes, and manage adverse drug reactions.
Provide medication counselling and education to patients.
Deliver clinical pharmacy services within your allocated clinical area.
Perform medication history interviews, reconciliation, and pharmaceutical reviews during transfers of care.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, offering expert advice on patient care.
Contribute to training and education sessions for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff, and allied health professionals.
Support the quality use of medicines through participation in projects, audits, working groups, and committees.

What You'll Bring You are an adaptable Pharmacist who possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload to deliver the best possible care to patients.
Hospital experience isn't required as we'll provide comprehensive training to support your transition.
Essential requirements: Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-months from date of employment.
Ability to work the advertised shifts.
Pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
Personal Indemnity insurance.
