About The Role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative and be the first point of contact for our banking customers. You will deliver exceptional service, support, and help resolve inquiries and issues, contributing to our customer-focused team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally and courteously.
* Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Offer accurate information about banking processes, procedures, and products, including debit and credit cards.
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
* Foster a positive team environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
* Proficiency with computer systems and software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
* Previous customer service or call center experience is highly desirable.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Role Details
* Start Date: 28th April 2025
* Position: Full/Part Time
* Salary: $27.17/hour + Super + performance incentives
* Training: 2 weeks of classroom training, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Availability: Monday to Friday on rotating roster (08:00-20:00), Saturday (09:00-17:00)
* Part-time shifts: 3 or 4 weekdays (6 hours each) and one Saturday shift.
