German Speaking Customer Service Administrator
Hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday

Wild are working with a leading business who are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support to a dedicated portfolio of accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
* First point of contact for client queries
* Taking client order requests and processing them on the in-house system
* Building rapport with a portfolio of clients and handling issues and requests efficiently
* Providing excellent customer service
* Liaising closely with the field based sales team and other internal departments
* Updating the system accurately and regularly
Skills required:
* Fluent German essential
* Proven experience in a Customer Service or Administration led role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel)
* Able to work well under pressure and towards deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
