Key responsibilities
* Provide general office administration support (phone/email enquiries, filing, scanning, meeting room set-up, and internal coordination).
* Manage livestock compliance documentation, including NLIS uploads/reporting within required timeframes and follow-up of NVDs.
* Prepare daily invoices in Xero, including attaching customer weight sheets and maintaining daily sales reporting.
* Support banking and finance processes including daily bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and credit card payments.
* Maintain accurate digital and paper records and handle confidential information appropriately.
* Coordinate inventory/stock control tasks (weekly stocktakes of PPE/components, office supplies and first aid stock ordering).
* Assist with onboarding tasks and other ad hoc projects as required.
About you
* Proven administrative experience, ideally with exposure to finance administration.
* Xero experience and confidence working with invoices and reconciliations.
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines across competing priorities.
* Professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
* Sound judgement, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
* Proactive, reliable, and comfortable following up to resolve issues.
* ·Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word) and learning new systems.
