About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to manage a diverse clinical caseload, delivering services across:
* Capacity-building interventions
* Functional capacity assessments
* Home and living supports
* Assistive technology
* Home modifications
You will demonstrate a high level of clinical experience and knowledge, providing evidence-based assessments, therapy, and interventions across the lifespan. Staying current with NDIS processes, guidelines, and best-practice occupational therapy is essential.
As a senior clinician, you will provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and guidance to early-career occupational therapists, supporting their skill development, confidence, and professional growth. You will actively participate in case discussions, professional development sessions, and contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative team culture.
