The key duties of the position include The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Senior Test Analyst EL1 role in the Applications Delivery Section of the Digital Branch. The Senior Test Analyst, Applications Delivery provides expert quality assurance services to support the delivery and continuous improvement of NLA systems, drawing on deep knowledge of testing principles, IT standards, and policy frameworks. Operating under limited direction, they lead and coordinate testing activities, develop automated test cases, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure digital services meet business and user needs. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will bring: Extensive experience in software testing (at least 5 years in a testing role), including automated and manual testing techniques. Strong technical skills in test case design, execution, and defect management using modern tools and frameworks. A deep understanding of quality assurance principles, IT standards, and policy frameworks. Proven ability to coordinate testing activities across teams and contribute to continuous improvement of testing and release processes.
