* The Student Support and Wellbeing Specialist will work with students, staff, and family members to develop systems that provide a responsive and effective youth support service.
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships between the college and various public and private sector organisations and agencies.
* Work with students who present at the college with complex issues they are trying to manage along with their studies.
* Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Provide professional support to students and staff in a variety of settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A high level of communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, with strong networking skills and the ability to problem solve and be responsive to difficult dilemmas.
* Demonstrated well-developed organisational skills, with experience in identifying problems and developing appropriate intervention strategies and support programs.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the youth sector, particularly local organisations and services.
