Synergie is seeking Machine Operators to join a fast-growing, Australian-owned manufacturer of precision-engineered steel framing systems in Edinburgh. This role offers full-time hours with potential permanency after probation. Pay Rate: $35.16/hr penalties Hours: 5:30am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday (Overtime possible) About the Role As a Machine Operator, you’ll be operating and monitoring machinery used to produce steel framing components for residential homes. The role is hands-on, technical, and physically active in a fast-paced factory environment. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently Load materials and components into machines as required Perform regular quality checks and adjust machinery to meet production standards Follow work instructions, production plans, and safety procedures accurately Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace What We’re Looking For Physically fit candidates capable of repetitive tasks Motivated, reliable, and hands-on team players Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or production is a plus, but training is provided Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
