We are seeking an experienced Senior Trade Mark Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our national TM team, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of your own TM practice and clients, advising on a wide range of trademark issues, including research, searches, brand selection strategies, registration, prosecution of TMs, non-TM cases such as copyright and domain names, opposition, non-use and licensing, risk management, regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal IP/TM lawyers on infringement actions, dispute resolution and litigation.
You will have the opportunity to work on 'crème de la crème' cases for top clients, learn from enviable mentors and industry-leading partner colleagues, and develop leadership, commercial and business-development skills.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4–15+ years as a registered trademark attorney and/or TM lawyer, and be happy to practice as a TM attorney.
* Strong technical knowledge of current trademark law and practice, including prosecution, opposition proceedings and enforcement of TMs.
* Strong communication, people leadership and commercial acumen.
* Proven experience in business development and marketing, or a keen interest to develop these skills.
