Job Overview
The role of Principal Executive Officer involves providing high-level executive and secretariat support services directly to the Chief Executive. The position reports to the Manager, Governance, and is a key role within the Office of the Chief Executive (OCE).
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to delivery and achievement of the OCE Directorate Plan.
* Coordinate agency-wide administrative services and correspondence across Preventive Health SA.
* Oversee the implementation and evaluation of administrative practices, systems, and procedures across Preventive Health SA to ensure consistency of practice, optimise efficiency, and support the achievement of quality outcomes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to provide informal leadership of administrative staff across each Directorate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
