About this role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a new digital project. The role will involve coordinating and monitoring key components of the software development lifecycle, including risk identification, issue management, and opportunity analysis.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop project plans, schedules, status reports, and other materials to facilitate effective delivery.
* Monitor progress against scope, schedules, and milestones, and keep stakeholders informed of any issues or opportunities.
* Establish and maintain positive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide expert advice and support on critical and technically complex project duties.
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, and materials to support committees through research and planning.
What You Bring
* Extensive experience in contemporary and agile project management methodologies.
* Strong deliverable outcomes in coordinating complex IT and/or digital projects.
* Technical proficiency in project management reporting tools and platforms.
* A high level of verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and address complex problems.
* Ability to work independently or as a team member.
