As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in connecting rural communities with food, animal feed and industrial customers. Your responsibility will be to plan operational aspects of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute freight scheduling strategies to meet the demands of internal stakeholders and customers
* Manage third-party bulk handling networks and/or ex-farm execution orders to ensure seamless operations
* Handle administration tasks for customer order execution, delivery confirmations, and reconciliations as required
* Contribute to execution planning activities, including vehicle management, cost monitoring, delivery tracking, and review of load plans with clients for campaigns
* Maintain accurate master data in systems for contractors, sites, customers, and order processing
Requirements:
* Relevant industry experience, preferably in bulk focused logistics
* Product knowledge including commodity specifications, supply chain planning, end-user customer requirements, freight, grain markets, arbitrage, and trade rules
* Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and influence skills across multiple stakeholders
* Capacity to manage tasks with ambiguity to make timely customer and operational decisions
* Proficiency with CoR regulations including CoR awareness training and basic fatigue management
