About the Role
Join CALHN as Senior Clinical Social Worker and deliver advanced social work within a specialist clinical team.
You'll manage complex cases, build capability across sites, and shape best practice through supervision, advice and service improvement.
Duties
Deliver expert social work care in a specialist setting
Manage complex clinical caseloads across sites
Guide clinicians and advise leaders on contemporary social work practice
Supervise social workers, students and allied health assistants
Lead quality improvement and research activity
Support education across the CALHN network
About You
You are an experienced social worker ready to lead practice, support teams and deliver safe, person-centred care within a complex clinical setting.
Hold a Social Work degree with full AASW membership
Apply advanced judgement in specialist clinical practice
Lead complex cases and guide teams with confidence
Supervise staff and students, supporting growth and quality
Drive service improvement, research and evidence-based care
