Job Title: Recreation Venues Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Recreation Venues Manager to lead the operations of our community-focused recreation venues.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional services to our growing community.


Main Responsibilities

* Develop and implement operational plans to deliver high-quality services and programs.
* Manage resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
* Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and contractors.


Key Requirements

* Significant experience in managing major community, cultural, or recreation venues.
* Strong financial management skills, with experience in managing large budgets.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, communicate, and build collaborative relationships.
