You'll provide physiotherapy across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, supporting clients to remain active, independent, and well in their homes and communities. The position includes:Inpatients: Support discharge planning and contribute to multidisciplinary care on the ward.Outpatients: Deliver one-to-one therapy and home visits to meet individual client goals.Groups: Facilitate recovery-focused programs and health education groups.Outreach: Travel to rural Multi-Purpose Services to provide physiotherapy to both community clients and aged care residents.Professional Development: Enjoy dedicated time for learning, supervision, and tailored training based on your interests and growth goals.You’ll work closely with your team and wider services to deliver holistic care, all while developing your own clinical skills and special interests.About YouYou are an adaptable, confident clinician who thrives on variety and values person-centred care.
