About the Role
We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our Injury Management Program, ensuring it's up-to-date and employees are compliant. The ideal candidate will have experience in occupational rehabilitation, clinical care, claims management, and return to work.
Key responsibilities include guiding and coaching claim teams, monitoring and reporting on key injury management KPIs, and building relationships with rehabilitation providers.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in an allied health field
* Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management or Diploma of Personal Injury and Disability Insurance Management
* Experience in injury management and knowledge of privately underwritten workers compensation environment
* Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and modify injury management claims processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
