Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze claims data to identify patterns and trends
- Prepare reports on claims activity to stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Degree in Law (practicing certificate not required)
- Excellent customer service skills with proven experience
- Ability to enter information accurately and swiftly into databases
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products to support administration requirements of the role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
