This leadership role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture across stores. Key Responsibilities
* Leading, coaching, and developing store teams to reach their full potential.
* Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs.
* Overseeing store operations including rosters, expense control, and shrinkage management.
* Maintaining stock control processes to ensure accurate stocktakes, transfers, and merchandising standards.
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience, every time.
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
* Building strong relationships with Centre Management and representing the brand professionally.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and OHS standards.
What we’re looking for
* Proven leadership experience in multi-site or large-format retail management.
* Strong people leadership and coaching ability with a focus on developing talent.
* Commercially minded with the ability to drive results through effective sales and operational management.
* A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Availability Tuesday–Saturday, with flexibility when required.
