With continued growth across our service and commercial divisions, we are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our team.

About the Role
You will be responsible for carrying out:
* Preventative maintenance
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Breakdown repairs
* Minor installations and upgrades
* Customer communication and reporting
* Compliance and digital job documentation through SimPRO
You'll be working on a wide variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems across Wollongong and surrounding regions.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Current Driver's Licence
* Experience in servicing and breakdown diagnostics
* Strong fault finding ability
* Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Pride in workmanship and presentation
Highly Regarded:
* Experience with VRV/VRF systems
* Electrical disconnect/reconnect licence
* Experience with commercial HVAC systems
* Experience using SimPRO or digital job systems
* Leadership capability or mentoring apprentices
