As we continue to grow, we are seeking an inspirational Head Chef to lead our kitchen team into an exciting new chapter.
About the Role

Work closely with management to deliver outstanding dining experiences for all members & guests.
What We’re Looking For
5 + years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a busy, quality kitchen.
A natural leader who thrives on mentoring and inspiring their team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to run an efficient, positive kitchen.
Firm knowledge of cost control, menu development and compliance.
A genuine love for people, community, and collaboration.
Essential Qualifications
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Minimum Requirement).
Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
Working Knowledge and Understanding of WHS.
Unrestricted Rights to work in Australia (Not a Sponsored Position).
