About the Role
You will manage the end-to-end learning process for students from initial enquiry to final assessment using various teaching strategies. This includes recognition of prior learning, online and workplace learning, delivery, and assessment.
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Plan and prepare comprehensive training programs that cater to diverse student needs
* Monitor, assess, and record student attendance, progress, and results with accuracy and attention to detail
* Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance
* Evaluate and improve teaching and learning resources to enhance student outcomes
Essential Requirements
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher level qualification in adult education is necessary. Additionally, holding a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory.
