Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Atlassian expert to join our team as a Senior Consultant. As a key member of our Rapid Delivery Practice, you will work closely with clients to deliver accelerated solutions using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Power Platform.
As a seasoned professional in the Atlassian ecosystem, you will have strong hands-on experience delivering solutions using Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. You will be responsible for configuring spaces, workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, service desk components, and SLA settings. Your expertise will enable you to understand business needs and objectives and translate requirements into clear backlog items and Atlassian configuration changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3-5+ years of strong, hands-on experience delivering solutions using Atlassian tools
* Deep experience configuring spaces, workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, service desk components, and SLA settings
* Strong experience working with automation (Jira Automation, ScriptRunner etc.) and integrating Atlassian tools with external systems
* Ability to understand needs and objectives and translating requirements into clear backlog items and Atlassian configuration changes
* Experience as a Scrum Master or delivering small projects with autonomy
* Knowledge of Agile ways of working, user story writing, backlog management, and iterative delivery
* Strong documentation quality assurance and testing discipline
