Role Description
Must have 1-3 years prior PR experience with Technology (b2b or b2c) and Finance clients. Salary in line with industry standards.
What skills, attitude and experience you must have:
- Demonstrated 1-3 years experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to those with a PR agency background.
- Solid content/writing skills.
- Effective and productive worker, you will need to hit the ground running.
- The role is focussed on delivery. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of PR tactics and the execution process.
- You will be someone who can pick up the phone and knows how to get a media release happening straight away.
- Ability to quickly comprehend complex information and issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and research skills.
- Excellent ability to support the core team.
- Work rights in Australia.
What the key responsibilities will include:
- Creating PR plans along with the team lead and ensuring delivery.
- Writing and drafting articles, case studies, press releases.
- Coverage tracking and regular written and verbal reporting to clients.
- Ensuring client expectations are communicated and managed.
