The RoleDue to the continual growth of our business, an exciting opportunity exists for a talented administration and sales support person to join our team located in Brisbane.Our Bidfood Supply Solutions department is a dynamic team who love to deliver quality and cutting-edge support to the Bidfood business, with full training provided to the successful candidate.
Reporting to the Contract Administration Manager, you'll be a key member of the Queensland Administration Team, whilst partnering with key stakeholders and delivering administrative and sales support to the BSS team.
The team is highly collaborative, so the individual will enjoy working with others and as well have the ability to work independently on projects with a high attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for a broad range of support tasks which includes, but is not limited to:Daily processing of set tasks and support the Bidfood Supply Solutions Sales team to complete any administration dutiesAssist key stake holders with reports and enquiriesReport sales data from promotional activitiesExtract and analyse reports for the Contract Administration ManagerLoad and maintain pricing contracts related to the businessMaintain and update national accounts tenders and contractsUpdate and maintain product specifications utilising internal sales systemsAdministrator the national sales emails and action tasks in an appropriate mannerCoordinate promotional activities such as specials, promotions and incentivesHave the ability to prioritise workload and organise daily and weekly scheduleIdeal CandidateTo succeed you will have initiative and a 'can-do' attitude, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, along with high level communication skills.
