**About you**
You are highly motivated and relish in multi-tasking and thriving in fast paced environments. You can work collaboratively with many stakeholders groups and will be required to work autonomously and as part of a team.
You are highly experienced across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and managing Databases together with highly proficient administrative skills.
You are friendly, warm and confident. You are adaptable, possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong time-management/organisational skills and the ability to take initiative and problem solve.
**About the Role**
As the Retirement Living Administration Coordinator, you are responsible for responding to enquiries of clients and prospective clients of Life Care and providing them with support and guidance.
Your core responsibilities are focused on assisting residents and their families with the entry & exit processes of the business, monitoring the occupancy database, facilitating Annual General Meetings and role modelling the professional behaviours that create a high performing, engaged culture.
**Your key areas of accountability include**:
- Retirement Living Reporting
- Resident Management
- Occupancy
- Coordinating Unit Upgrade and Refurbishment
**Role requirements**:
- Current Flu Vaccination & COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current National Police Check (Aged Care / Vulnerable People)
