A leading fashion brand in Melbourne is looking for a senior Ecommerce leader to drive strategy, growth, and transformation across multiple markets. Located in Melbourne inner west. This role sits between Head of Ecommerce and Chief level, perfect for a strategic, creative, and hands-on leader ready to shape the brand’s digital future.
Responsibilities
* Lead Ecommerce strategy across Australia and international markets, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue.
* Oversee end-to-end online operations
* Collaborate with creative, marketing, product, and tech teams to deliver a seamless, engaging, and innovative online experience.
* Build, mentor, and inspire the Ecommerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
* Drive digital transformation initiatives, including new technology adoption, platform optimization, and process improvements.
* Monitor performance metrics, customer insights, and competitive trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
* Lead multi-market launches, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring local relevance and global consistency.
Requirements
* Proven senior Ecommerce leadership experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
* Strong strategic thinking with a track record of transforming Ecommerce businesses.
* Hands‑on experience with Ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and marketing tech stacks (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Klaviyo, GA4, etc.).
* Experience managing multi‑market or global operations.
* Creative, collaborative, and highly results‑driven with excellent communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to drive growth, optimize performance, and innovate across channels.
