About the RoleReporting to the Duty Manager, you will lead daily Food & Beverage operations across our restaurant, café and bar. This is a hands‐on supervisory position. You will lead from the floor, support your team during service, and take responsibility for stock control, ordering and smooth day‐to‐day operations. Because we are a seasonal business, you will also play an important role in managing fluctuating demand throughout the day and across seasons.
