CNC Machinist - Mackay | 4-Day Work Week | New CNC Opportunity
TS Global is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our Mackay operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working independently while contributing to a strong team.
With a brand new CNC Machine arriving soon, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of new equipment - playing a key role in setting it up, running it and helping shape how its utilised within the workshop.

What You'll Do
* Perform manual and CNC machining to engineering drawings and specifications
* Set up, operate and optimise CNC Machinery
* Take ownership of our new CNC machine and support its successful operation
* Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production targets
* Contribute workshop organisation and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Trade qualification in machining or related mechanical trade
* Minimum 5 years post-trade machining experience
* Strong experience in manual and CNC machining
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
* Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage your own work to meet deadlines
